Bennett appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bradford County (trial court) which dismissed Bennetts appeal from a one-year suspension of his operating privileges imposed by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) pursuant to section 1543(c)(1) of the Motor Vehicle Code (Code) for violation of section 1543(a) (driving a vehicle while operating privilege is suspended or revoked).
